Limited Warranty

Dead on Arrival (DOA) Claims: If your product arrives damaged or non-functional, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Contact us at info@minimalecho.com or +1 517-898-3766 with your order number and photographic evidence of the issue.

Resolution Options: Upon verification of a valid DOA claim, we will work with you to determine the most appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • Replacement of the defective item
  • Full refund including original shipping costs
  • Partial refund or store credit in certain circumstances

Return shipping costs for DOA items will be covered by us. We will provide a prepaid return label or shipping reimbursement as applicable.

Product Quality: While we strive to ensure all products meet quality standards, we do not offer extended warranties beyond the DOA period unless explicitly stated for specific products. Any manufacturer warranties, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Exclusions: This limited warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow product instructions.

Claim Process: To file a DOA claim:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide your order number
  3. Submit clear photos showing the damage or defect
  4. Await our response with resolution instructions
