Where do you ship? We ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping or delivery to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

How much does shipping cost? Orders totaling $120 or more receive free standard shipping. Orders under $120 incur a $10 flat rate shipping fee.

How long does shipping take? Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After shipment, delivery typically takes 3–6 business days depending on your location.

When will my order ship? Orders placed before 6:00 PM CST are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM CST or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.

Which carriers do you use? We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and regional carriers based on your location and package requirements.

Will I receive tracking information? Yes, you will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Can I cancel my order? If your order has not yet shipped, you may request cancellation by contacting us immediately. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and must be returned following our return policy.

What is your return policy? Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused, original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

How long does it take to receive a refund? Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

Are original shipping fees refundable? Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent).

What if my item arrives damaged? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs if necessary.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa and Mastercard.

Do prices include taxes? Yes, all product prices include applicable taxes. No additional taxes are charged at checkout.

Are there any restocking fees? No, we do not charge restocking fees for returns.
