Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, contact us immediately at info@minimalecho.com or +1 517-898-3766. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but cancellation is not guaranteed once the order has entered our fulfillment process.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed after 6:00 PM CST will be processed the following business day.
If your cancellation request is received and processed before shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
After Shipment: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may refuse delivery or return the item following our Returns & Refund Policy. Items returned within 30 days of delivery in unused, original condition are eligible for refund. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
How to Request Cancellation: Contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number and cancellation request. We will confirm whether cancellation is possible based on your order's current status.
Refund Timeline: If cancellation is successful, refunds are processed within 10 business days. Allow additional time for your financial institution to post the credit to your account.
